• Very friendly at reception and the nurse that is always engaging and informative. Excellent care overall.

• New Islington Medical Practice genuinely provide wonderful care. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are a caring, compassionate and responsive team. Appointments are arranged quickly, and the support received within those appointments means that you feel well cared for and reassured that any ongoing care plans will be fully met. It is a responsive and skilled team, that helps to manage any health care needs, referrals, and queries within an accessible and informative communication process. Dr Ali, Dr Ayton, Victoria Evans and Katie (pharmacy team) have been incredible in their ongoing support, and I am so very grateful that I have been able to access such meaningful care!! Thank you!! 😊 
• I have always had a quick response through both phones and online consult. I feel listened to by my doctors and that support is readily available if I need it. The flexibility of appointment times and styles works well for me and being able to have some treatments within the practice that you would otherwise have to be referred for is a major positive.
• As a new patient I got an appointment almost immediately I was very impressed, also the staff are wonderful, helpful and treat you with respect.I am so happy I was taken on at this surgery.

• Phlebotomist was lovely and understanding and allowed me to lie down and take extra time due to being nervous!
• Never had a problem getting an appointment staff are absolutely brilliant staff are also very helpful and willing to go beyond the means to help you
• Very prompt response. No long phone queues when I need to speak to someone or long waits for referrals. Live consult form easy to use and the practice makes accommodations to special request. Prescriptions filled easily and on time. Helpful staff.

• I have been a patient at this doctors for 48 years when is  was on bollington road with dr Zia  amazing surgery the best in Manchester 
• The nurse was absolutely amazing with my little girl today as she is amazing every time I have to come see her myself most calming caring and lovely person can clearly notice she is in her most perfect job her care and loveliness shine impeccably 
• Good service from reception to waiting area, to medical visit. Visit well conducted and with ample time taken and certain blood tests were added on request which was reassuring. Miles better than my previous practice.

• Brilliant, caring and responsive practice, thank you for helping liaise with hospital teams, its really appreciated to know that your local doctors, and nurses can advocate and support you. 
• The woman who carried out my smear put me so at ease. She emphasised in a really helpful way how important it was. Previously smears have been pretty nerve-wracking to me and have taken a long time and been uncomfortable. This was quick and fine!

• Always try to make my appointments easy for me, not having to wait too long and EXCELLENT MEDICAL ATTENTION. This is the best Doctor's I've had in my 75 years
• It was my first smear test so I was a bit nervous, but I was made to feel very comfortable and safe during the appointment. Everything was explained very clearly and I felt in control throughout the appointment.
• The online form for an appointment was really easy to fill in and I was called by a doctor the same day who was very helpful. Reception staff were friendly and managed to get me a blood test the same day

• Always able to get an appointment, staff always polite and considerate this Practice is outstanding. I would also like to thank Lewis a member of the reception team whom I contacted very late on Friday evening as I had forgotten to order my medication, within a few minutes my medication was sent to the Pharmacy (the Pharmacist even commented on how quick it came through) although he may have got a ticking off from the GP due the surgery being ready to close you saved me a lot of distress so thanks to Lewis and the GP for your help in my time of need.
• Great friendly nurse who made you feel comfortable during smear test at what can be an anxious time! Really easy and was in and out in 10 minutes
• Doctor was lovely, listed to my concerns and provided all the right treatment and care. Didn't have to wait for my appointment. Great service!

• Reception staff, very helpful and polite. Nurse giving treatment was professional, knowledgeable and kind.
• I recently attended the practice for my first cervical smear test; I could not have had a better experience and was extremely grateful. The nurse who carried out the test was friendly, cheerful and very calming for what could have been a nerve wracking experience. Thank you!

• Really good nurse for my smear test, who understood fainting (lots don't!) and was really helpful.

• The best doctors surgery in England . Always get seen , reception staff are really nice Amy , Anais just to mention a couple . They always work hard to get you seen by the correct doctor. Dr Ali and his team have worked hard to get the surgery running as efficiently as possible.
• The Hotline of New Islington Medical Practice was very helpful, and managed to schedule an urgent GP appointment for me with very short notice. The clinic is clean, tidy, and quiet; didn’t pack with a lot of waiting patients. The GP was very patient to diagnose my illness. And, followed up accordingly. I’ll recommend this medical practice.
• Fast professional and caring staff , both clerical and medical , booked my appointment in the morning and was seen that afternoon.

• Nurses are angels, sorry I've already forgotten her name, but she made me feel at ease and was so quick and efficient for a dreaded smear test. Always have time to give feedback for the brilliant nurses of the nhs, you're brilliant humans x
• I have never had such thorough and quicker treatment and or responses then I have since being registered with this practice. Everyone I’ve had contact with have been amazing especially the mental health nurse can’t thank them enough for their help recently.
• Same day access . Always get to see a doctor/ Clinician . Receptionists are very nice . The doctor doesn’t rush you.

• My first appointment at new surgery my old one I was with over 20 yrs an knee all them, as I am very panic attack prone an high anxiety when closed in, the nurse I saw was an absolute angel to me gave me a M O T, an was very understanding of me.
• I appreciate that my GP is continually working to improve services and the patient experience.
• Friendly, efficient, and quick. Can?t think how you could possibly run these any better! Great service

• Each one there is nice! I was nervous when I see the doctor, but people in this GP make me calm down and feel warm!

• I never have a problem getting an appointment I was seen within 24 hours of doing the online consult form by a nice friendly doctor and got a diagnosis thank you also all the receptionists are good especially Beth who went above and beyond, would highly recommend this doctors

• Every one at my doctors and the practice are very helpfull and polite they always have a smile on there face and are happy to help the nurses and doctors are fantastic theres not much more to say about this place
• The Nurse Practitioner I spoke to communicated well and listened to my requests to investigate newer alternative medication that my be suitable for me. She didn’t rush a decision and arranged to get back to me once she had investigated suitable possible treatments.
• Efficient, Caring Easy to make contact and receive appropriate consultation on contact with the polite professional reception team, received care and compassion in a timely manner following the loss of my son and the same when I lost my Mum few a months ago. Caring Clinicians and staff, the best practice in Manchester and probably beyond.
• New Islington has the most wonderful team, with a consistently caring and compassionate approach to meeting patient need. I am always able to contact those involved in any aspect of my care and I typically receive a same day response to any further queries. Also, I am always kept up to date with the progress of any query or referral to other services. Care is always thorough. I trust the New Islington Team to support my own healthcare needs, and I would definitely recommend the surgery to others!

• Went to surgery for B12 injection. The practice nurse did the honours and was really nice and smiley. I have had her a few times and always there is smiles and lets you know when she is putting the needle in.

• Each time I have attended for blood testing with Kayleigh. She's is so friendly, down to earth professional and good at her job, whilst being person centred, in my view. There’s a prompt and professional service offered by all those that I’ve engaged with at New Islington Practice, given these trying times, in my opinion.
• My gp will go above and beyond to help me with my mental health and has literally saved my life
• The GP was very professional and friendly. He explained everything very clearly - overall a great experience!
